Bagley Parking Deck

Located near the new Michigan Central development, the Bagley Parking Deck is a ground-up, six-level parking structure providing 1,251 parking spaces. MCE was selected to perform the full electrical scope for the project, which included both standard building power systems and future-ready infrastructure to support electric vehicle charging throughout the facility.

Our scope of work included:

• Complete building power distribution
• Infrastructure to electrify all 1,251 parking spaces
• Installation of (1) bidirectional EV charger
• Installation of (5) Level 3 and (12) Level 2 EV chargers
• Art lighting installation throughout the structure
• Parking guidance system to display available spaces in real time

The Bagley Parking Deck was designed with long-term sustainability and flexibility in mind. MCE’s contributions help ensure the structure is not only functional today, but also prepared to support the future of electric vehicle use and smart mobility systems.
