Project Assistant- Voyager Battery Storage

Position Summary:
This role is a full time, entry level position. The candidate will be working directly under the MCEU assigned Project Manager for the Voyager Battery Storage project. This candidate will be responsible for assisting the PM with all project requirements including document control, QA/QC, weekly/monthly progress reports, scheduling updates, cost estimates, site photos, purchasing, material inventory, payroll processes and accounts payable. This role will require working on the construction site in a remote office location.
Primary Responsibilities:
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Organizational and Time Management – Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and maintain project records
  • Technical Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Analytical Skills – Ability to analyze data, track progress, and identify potential issues
  • Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to identify and resolve problems that arise during the project lifecycle
  • Adaptability and Flexibility – Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills – Ability to work effectively with others and build relationships
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience
