Primary Responsibilities

Perform accounts payable functions, including data entry, imaging, investigating discrepancies, and processing lien waivers
Scan and reconcile packing slips with invoices and purchase orders
Prepare and process monthly vendor payments
Enter and track purchase orders and subcontractor agreements
Review and approve monthly expense reports
Assist Accounts Receivable with job setup, billing (AIA & T&M), and collections activities
Develop and maintain detailed spreadsheets to support various departments
Organize and maintain accurate digital and physical records
Perform additional accounting tasks and support special projects as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

Previous experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Education in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent relevant work experience
