Pfizer Global Research & Development – Building 20 West Renovation

  • 177,000 square foot renovation of five story facility
  • High-tech laboratory research areas, support lab provisions, cold rooms, sterilization areas and special equipment areas
  • New 3,200 amp service with a new double-ended substation
  • Full UPS backup systems for critical power systems and lighting loads
  • Special FDA monitoring systems, security and fire alarm systems

University of Michigan Undergraduate Science Building

  • Complete building electrical systems
  • New power substation
  • Specialty sound and auditorium lighting systems
  • Automated control systems for the entire building
  • Electrical installation included multiple floors of teaching laboratories and support spaces

Toyota Technical Center Research and Development

  • Installation of the wiring systems for specialty Crash Test System
  • Various electrical support systems
